Automated Barrel Line Plating
ALKALINE ZINC
Our state-of-the-art automated barrel line is equipped to handle both high- and low-volume runs. It accommodates a wide variety of parts, from large stampings to small fasteners and zinc-based die castings.
Rack Plating
We offer high-volume automatic plating in alkaline zinc, along with manual lines for both alkaline and acid zinc processes. Our rack plating capabilities support a wide range of part sizes and turnaround speeds. Clear and yellow chromate finishes are available on all lines.

Testing Capabilities
We ensure finish quality through on-line testing using CMI-CGX-A2 magnetic induction handheld units and XRX-MF X-ray fluorescence analysis. Plating solutions are monitored daily in-house to maintain optimal operating parameters, enabling consistent and repeatable results.
